The last time we posted something with our Brit Babe of the day Jodi Albert she was sharing the cover and pages of a Maxim magazine issue with fellow Hollyoaks babe Tiffany Mulheron (check that out here if you haven’t seen it yet). This time around, Jodi Albert is all by her little hot self, and I think you’ll agree that Jodi has plenty of, ahem, assets to make her the lone center of attention. Post-Hollyoaks, Jodi has gone on to the TV series Respectable, Casualty, and recently had a leading role in the 2007 movie Popcorn.

Our Brit Babe of the day is Penny Lancaster, who was recently involved in one of those, “You can’t make this stuff up, people” sort of situation. Dig this: Penny Lancaster used to be the model for Ultimo lingerie, but was dropped when they hired Rachel Hunter; Rachel Hunter, you may know, used to be married to singer Rod Stewart, who Penny Lancaster happens to be currently dating. Now come on! You can’t make that kind of stuff up, folks! And if you did, people would call you lame and predictable. But it’s all true! Wow, life rocks, huh? And so does Penny Lancaster.

Another Brit Babe graces our page, and she also happens to be a Hollyoaks girl. Coincidence? Yeah, if you believe we’re all alone in the universe, because obviously we’re not. Um, where was I? Oh right. Our Brit Babe of the day is Sinead Moynihan, who plays the character Beth Clement on the British TV soap Hollyoaks. Or maybe you know her more as Ashley Webb in Drop Dead Gorgeous, which incidentally, is also the title of my autobiography when I find time to finally sit down and write it. Because, you know, people are clamoring for it, and you know me, I’m always willing to give to the people.

Our Brit Babe for the day is Ruth Wilson, the English actress, and not to be confused with Ruth Wilson, who along with her husband Jacob Epstein, were Russian spies in America. Because, you know, it’s easy to confuse a 21st century English actress with a early 20th century Russian spy living in New York. Ahem. Anyhoo, this Ruth Wilson is a BAFTA-nominated actress, who got the nod for her title role in the English movie Jane Eyre. You know, one of those corsets and tea movies that the Brits love to make so much? Give me Danny Boyle’s zombie flicks anyway — with Ruth Wilson in her corset running from zombies, of course.

You gotta love a hot babe who also displays a cutting sense of humor and an uncanny sense of self-awareness. Take our Brit Babe for the day, Seren Gibson, who writes in her Myspace page: “Hello ladies and gentleman, I’m Seren – currently blagging my way through life with the attributes that are my breasts. This is all very wonderful and splendid for a bed hogging, jeremy kyle loving student like myself. My “jug money” making scheme started one very drunk and cold winters evening…” I mean, how cool is that! If Seren Gibson isn’t the coolest hot girl you’ve ever been introduced to, I dare you to show me another one.

Our Brit Babe of the day Beverley Turner stands 5′10″, but in girl terms, that’s like 6′5″ or something. You know, because most girls are short, so when you find one that surpasses the 5′5″ range, you’re talking an Amazon here, or thereabouts. But I digress. Beverley Turner is a British sports reporter, or as the Brits call it, a sports “presenter”, and she’s got the pedigree for the job, too: she’s the sister of swimming champ Adrian Turner, and is married to Olympic Gold Medal Rower James Cracknell. Unless you don’t know what a “rower” is, I believe they race in boats. Or maybe it’s horses. Look, I don’t know what the British like to do in their spare time, okay? I’m just guessing here. Anyhoo. Beverley Turner. Leggy. Wow.

I actually remember our Brit Babe Alison Armitage from her appearance on the short-lived TV show Acapulco H.E.A.T. (the HEAT standing for “Hemisphere Emergency Action Team”, of course, but then again, you probably already knew that), although I had no idea who she really was. Well, it’s time to fix that, and according to Wikipedia, Alison Armitage is a British actress from High Wycombe, England who went by the pseudonym Brittany York once upon a time. Some of her American work includes appearances in Jerry Maguire, Driven, and the hit comedy Seinfeld. I’m guessing she played a super hot British girl who was way out of Jerry’s league on the show, but maybe I’m wrong.

British girl with big boobs equals instant fame in England. I’m not saying that’s all you need to be a famous glamour model in the UK, but you know, it can’t hurt! Our Brit Babe for today, Lucy Becker, happens to meet those two qualifications, and as such she’s yet another woman who has turned her good genes into instant gold as a Page 3 Girl for The Daily Star. Oh, what would we do without the Page 3 girls from the Daily Star? God Bless those horny Brits and their insistence on adding scantily clad babes along with their news items of the day. Who wants to just be able to read about how the stock market is doing if you can read about how the stock market is doing AND see attractive and barely clothed women? Brilliant!
8 November 2007
Our Brit Babe of the day, singer-songwriter Nerina Pallot has quite a pedigree. She was born in London to a French father and mother from Allahabad in India, and was brought up in Jersey. (No, not NEW Jersey.) She’s been nominated for best British Female Solo Artist in the 2007 by the BRIT Awards, the Brit version of the Grammys. Other than that, she’s not a bad looking dame for a folk singer. At least that’s the kind of music I think she does, judging by her hit song “Everybody’s Going to War”, the video of which features cabbage-throwing goths and pineapple bombs, which, as we all know, is a great way to spend a bored Friday night with the buddies.
7 November 2007
Our Brit Babe for today is Kelly Wenham, who is not a Hollyoaks girl, but is instead a Coronation Street girl. The Coronation Street girls are not nearly as prolific in the babe producing department as their Hollyoaks counterparts, but they’re no chop liver, either. Besides Kelly Wenham, there is, um, other girls I can’t think of right now. In any case, besides Coronation street, Kelly Wenham has been in Always and Everyone and has made appearances on the shows Life on Mars, Holby City and Heartbeat. And oh yeah, Coronation Street. Did I mention that? Basically, I don’t know all that much about her, but that’s not going to stop me from pretending I do, because that’s just how I like to roll.

If you’re going to be known for something, I guess being known for being a constant on a Reality TV show ain’t such a bad thing. Okay, technically speaking, sure, you’d want to be known for something better than that, but you know, there’s no shame in being a former Reality TV babe. Especially if you have the body and the face to make that appearance pay off in modeling gigs and what have you, which is what Imogen Thomas, former contestant on Big Brother UK, has done. She doesn’t have supermodel material, but those curves and that rack is certainly nothing to sneeze at.

What’s that? You don’t know who Sarah Jayne Dunn is? Well you should pretty soon. Besides being our Brit Babe of the day, she’s also rumored to be in the upcoming Batman Begins sequel, The Dark Knight, which means she may be rubbing elbows with the Caped Crusader very soon. Or at least that’s the rumor. It might be wrong, who knows. In any case, Sarah Jayne Dunn is yet another former Hollyoaks beauty, which makes her, oh, I don’t know, the 500th Hollyoaks girl to be showcase here? Somewhere around there, give or take a dozen or so. And oh yeah, she’s also been on the show Drop Dead Gorgeous — and we have to agree. She is all that, alright.
29 October 2007
The British TV show Mile High has already given us one major babe in Stacey Cadman, and now it’s given us a second one in Katy Edwards. If you don’t know, Mile High is one of those “primetime adult soaps” about sexy flight attendants and hunky pilots who do a lot of flying around and boinking on and off the lane. I’m guessing on the second part, of course, but seriously, is there even a chance it’s NOT true? I think not. Who knew that the Brits, known for being so stuffy, could make such sexy TV shows like Mile High and Hollyoaks and all the rest? You go, Brits!
26 October 2007
Our Brit Babe of the Day can’t sing and she can’t dance and the only thing she can be is Lady Sovereign. That’s some of the lyrics from Lady Sovereign’s hit song “Love me or Hate Me”, in which she talks about her faults, such as her hairy armpits. Or I’m assuming she’s talking about her hairy armpits. You can never tell with these lady rappers. Hailing originally from London’s Chalkhill Estate, Lady Sovereign, aka Louise Amanda Harman, is not your typical British girl. To be sure, she has more in common with the American hip-hop group Salt’N'Pepa than she does the Spice Girls, and the girl certainly knows how to spin a rap or two. Check out some pictures of her being “hard”, as is the custom with this particular musical niche, and a music video for her song “Love me or Hate Me”.
22 October 2007
Is our Brit Babe Invasion of the day, Gemma Merna, the next big thing to come out of the UK? Maybe, but probably not, although that won’t stop us from pretending she is, anyway, because frankly, when a woman looks this bloody good in lingerie, she deserves some wild exultations that have no basis in reality. In any case, Gemma Merna is yet another product of the Hollyoaks TV show from the UK, which has been scientifically proven to produce one out of every three hot babes to come out of England over the last ten years or so. No, really, I read it somewhere or somethin’.
18 October 2007
Our Brit Babe Invasion for the day is Casey Batchelor, a model from the UK, who I know nothing about, except that she’s very pretty, she has ginorous boobs, and she’s, well, isn’t that all that’s necessary to know? Boobs + looks = fame in the UK. I’m not knocking the UK, of course, since boobs and a nice face will do it just about anywhere and everywhere. Here are some pictures of model Casey Batchelor, including a great music video that stars her and her, um, vast talents. Yes, both of her vast talents, if you know what I mean, and I think you do. The video is for a song called Hear Fear by a ban called HENTAIGENE. They sound a lot like Linkin Park, but with more guitar riffs.

Here’s the thing, I don’t know anything about Sarah Smart, but oh man, is her entry in Wikipedia really, really great. Here, I’ll let you read it for yourself: “Her career started as a child, notably in the television series Woof! She is best known for a series of well-regarded television roles including Virginia Braithwaite, lesbian daughter of a lottery winning family in the comedy drama At Home with the Braithwaites , Sparkhouse and Jane Hall marked a fruitful link between Smart and television writer Sally Wainwright. Smart has also appeared successfully on radio. The notorious 16th century woman pirate Grace O’Malley, or Granuiale as she was known in Ireland, is Sarah’s great, great, great, great grandmother. Sarah once portrayed her infamous ancestor during a St Patrick’s Day Parade in 2001.” Did you get that last part? How many people can say that!
11 October 2007
Look! Up in the sky! It’s Stacey Cadman — the star of Cavegirl and Mile High! The latter show is about super hot British flight attendants and handsome airline pilots, and this being a British soap, I’m guessing the title “Mile High” means exactly what we think it means. According to Wikipedia, our girl is also an accomplished dancer and kickboxer, which makes her twice as hot. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — there’s nothing hotter than a hot girl who can kick your ass ten ways to Sunday. And really, who would think a girl as innocent (albeit sexy) like Stacey Cadman would have the ability to deliver a killing kick to your throat?
10 October 2007
Our Brit Babe Invasion dame of the day is Nicola Roberts, a British singer and one of the five members of the Brit all-girl pop band Girls Aloud. Of the five girls, Nicola Roberts may be one of the least well known; that is, she’s the least well known to me, as I only just discovered her today, which is a bit odd since I’ve been posting Girls Aloud pics for a while now. But hey, senility does that to you. Wait, what was I typing about? (See? It struck again!) But I digress. Enjoy some Nicola Roberts and call me in the morning. (Or not.)
4 October 2007
The British are coming! The British are coming! Well, the British women, anyway. (Okay, there are some men, too, but we don’t really care for them all that much here. It’s British women or bust, baby!) If you’ve turned on the TV recently, you’ll notice that British babes are all over the place, some fronting new shows, and others co-starring in them. Leading the pack is Michelle Ryan, who came from EastEnders to star in NBC’s Bionic Woman, followed by Anna Friel (ex-Brookside) in ABC’s Pushing Daisies, and then there are Sophia Myles and Lena Headey from Moonlight and The Sarah Connor Chronicles, respectively. And let’s not forget Parminder Nagra, who is in her, what, 50th season of ER? For a full list of British Babes invading American shores, check out here. For now, let’s get to the pictures.
