Carmella Decesare is Really, Really Fit

There is being in shape, and then there is being like Playboy Playmate and former WWE Diva Carmella Decesare, who takes being in shape to a whole new level. Imagine “in shape” as being a 5, then Carmella is a 10. Seriously, folks, this kind of body (and no, I’m not talking about the implants here, just those fabulous abs and sleek, tone legs and arms) requires a lot of work. And no instant diet pill or “fat dissolving” shake is gonna cut it. Say what you will about these Playboy girls (and really, haven’t E!’s “The Girls Next Door” completely reinforced all the negativity around these airheads?), but man, do they keep in shape or do they keep in shape!
