Not all Bond girls are created equal. There are actually three types of Bond girls, and only two of them goes on to have any semblance of a career post-Bond movie. There is the Lead Good Girl, who always gets a career after the movie; the Lead Bad Girl, who also gets a career; and thirdly, there is the Halfway Bond Girl, who almost never gets a career. Caterina Murino, who plays Solange in the latest Bond movie, falls into the third category. She’ll probably not have much of a career post-Bond, which is too bad, because she’s quite the luminescent presence.

Up next is Bond girl Caterina Murino. The Italian babe plays a character named Solange, described as a “horse breeder” who will no doubt be teaching James Bond’s Daniel Craig the finger points of breeking…horses. Urm. In any case, Murino is a former Italian mode turned actress who actually finished 4th in the 1996 Miss Italy beauty pageant. If this woman finished fourth, Italy must have been full of bodacious beauties in 1996!
