Happy Birthday Girl: Michelle Rodriguez
Congratulations to Hollywood’s bad girl Michelle Rodriguez, who turns 29 years old today. To be honest with you, going by her string of arrests, DUI police stops, and highly publicized catfights, I’m just shocked the San Antonio, Texas native is even still alive to blow out the candles. Speaking of which, how do you like the cake picture to the left? Nice, right? See, I go all out for these posts, so all of you people who email me with bad things to say — suck on it! Ahem. Sorry. I’m not sure when these pictures of Heidi Montag in an American flag-themed bikini was taken, but I like to think she slipped these on during the July 4th holiday to show her patriotism. Then again, these pictures could be from yesterday. Mind you, not that that would matter, because Heidi Montag is a stunning babe regardless of what day you caught her on. And hey, if she just happens to be wearing a two-piece bikini, that’s just even better for us. And of course by “us” I mean every warm-blooded American male out there. (Okay, you foreigners can enjoy her, too, just don’t go bragging about it.)

I feel kinda bad for Hilary Swank. She’s such a good and talented actress, but she’s such the anti-thesis of Hollywood. Girls like Jessica Alba and Jessica Simpson gets by on their looks (hell, I’m still of the belief that neither women can act their way out of a paper bag), but Hilary Swank has to win two Oscars just to be taken seriously. And even then, she still had to go through a make-over to remove the “harshness”, if you will from her face. But I’ll tell you what, she may not have succeeded in the face area (short of plastic surgery, I don’t think Hilary can do a whole lot there, alas), but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that body. I mean, holy cow, that’s one hot bod, baby.

Speaking of attractive young actresses making a good example of themselves for the kids, here’s “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere (and yes, I do have to look up her last name everytime I type it; damn thing is harder to memorize than a crack junkie taking the SAT while on crack) at the beach in a two-piece bikini showing how it’s done. Pay attention, Mandy Moore! When you’re a star, you gotta pay attention to the body, and not indulge in fatty food all day long, even when your movie bombs like there’s no tomorrow. But nevermind the other girl, let’s concentrate on Hayden Panettiere and that bikini. Have I mentioned how much I love the guy who invented the bikini?

Now I’m not saying Mandy Moore is fat in these pictures of her taking a trip down South to Mexico for a little relaxation (she probably wanted to get as far away from the stink of “License to Wed” as much as possible; Holy God that was a piece of crap, wasn’t it?), but she looks like she’s getting there. Which is a damn shame. Mandy Moore is the cute as a button girl who got her start in the movies by starring as the earnest Christian girl in “A Walk to Remember”. She went from that to one major Hollywood stinker after another. That much failure is enough to drive a girl to eating binges. But hey, maybe I’m just being a little too hard on the girl, but come on, you’re a movie star, shouldn’t you at LEAST make an effort to maintain the look? Although to be fair, she doesn’t look half bad in a couple of the first pictures, but when that belly gets to flex… Urgh, I’m so disillusioned.

Oh, to be rich and famous and married to a famous basketball player. Well, okay, I don’t want to be married to a basketball player, because that would mean I was married to a WNBA player, and geez, have you SEEN those girls? But I digress. Eva Longoria spent the weekend in St. Tropez in the Southern part of France getting her bikini on a yacht on. Meanwhile, I was at home trying to figure out why my washer always seems to leave detergent clinging to my black clothes because, well, it’s kind of frakkin’ annoying if you know what I mean. And to think, there was almost a chance we might never see Paris Hilton frolicking about on the beach in an itty bitty bikini anymore. But thank God Los Angeles came to its senses and let Paris out of prison earlier than expected, which allowed her to fly to Hawaii and slip into this two-piece bikini on the beach. Paris said in an interview with Larry King that her prison experience has made her a change woman. We don’t know about that; she does look a little bit skinner (and yes, hotter), and she certainly looks slightly perturbed when she spots the paparazzi snapping these shots. Then again, she didn’t go straight into the house, so…

Man, I don’t know, I just can’t stand girls who get those. If you didn’t know that by now, you’ll certainly know it once singer/actress/hottie-in-the-making Hilary Duff makes her covergirl appearance in Shape Magazine (coming to a newsstand near you very soon — June 29, to be exact), where she’ll be sporting a two-piece bikini and showing off some impressive abs. Entertainment Tonight was around for the Shape bikini photoshoot (God bless you, ET!), and you can check out the video below. These old, but nevertheless gorgeous bikini pictures of a gorgeous Kelly Ripa walking gorgeously (are you starting to see a trend here?) along a beach in a two-piece bikini isn’t really nothing surprising, since I think we all knew that Kelly Ripa had THIS in her. Then again, I’m not sure if that gorgeous body is the product of a stringent exercise regime, or just the byproduct of Ripa having 10 jobs at a time. What I’m trying to say is, the woman is way too attractive to be working way too hard. What’s the point of being hot if you don’t use it to make men do the work for you?

After blasting onto the screen in 1999’s “American Beauty”, I think everyone figured Mena Suvari was on her way to greatness. That hasn’t turned out to be the case. Post-”Beauty”, Mena has starred in a number of Hollywood movies, but eventually found herself doing “indie” films. More recently, she’s done “Factory Girl”, “The Dog Problem”, and “Brooklyn Rules”. Yeah, not exactly high-profile stuff. Then there’s that dreaded “Day of the Dead” remake, which according to every review I’ve read, is sure to suck donkey balls. The fact that they’re respectable bikinis that she’s wearing, and not those “cute” frilly things that these uber hot female celebrities with killer bodies end up wearing while on vacation. Evangeline Lilly, Jessica Biel…they’ve all fallen victim to the bad bikini choice. But here? Just a hot woman in a hot two-piece bikini set. Me likey!

Serena Williams has ass. I mean, DAMN Serena Williams has ass. As in, ass that goes on for days and days and days. Not sure when Serena Williams took time out from the tennis court to indulge in a little bikini action with her boyfriend (male friend) at the beach here, but she should make a couple of beelines for the gym and try to work on those pancakes. How can someone be so athletic and run around a tennis court all day and still carry around that kind of junk in the trunk? Holy cow!
