In case you haven’t been keeping up with the show, Knight Rider came back on TV as a new series, and one of its stars is Deanna Russo. Yes, the really hot woman with the really hot eyes. That’s the one I’m talking about. Sure enough, the producers of the show knew what they had, and immediately got Deanna Russo’s character to strip down to her bra and panties in the second act of the show’s season premiere. See? This is why I love TV. But in case you aren’t sold on the show yet, or on Deanna Russo’s hotness, here are some promos from Knight Rider. Unfortunately, no bra and panties shot (damn you, NBC!), but I think you’ll concur when I say, half naked or not, Deanna Russo is plenty smoking.

Deanna Russo in Maxim

If actress Deanna Russo looks comfortable wearing very little in the pages of the recent issue of Maxim Magazine, that’s because she’s a former model turned actress. Yup, the powers that be at NBC cast a former model to play a brainy scientist in their upcoming Knight Rider TV show. (You remember, the one with the talking car with turbo boost or something? Yeah, that one.) Anyways, I’m pretty sure Deanna Russo isn’t going to be slipping on a bikini any time soon on the show (that is, until probably the third or fourth season — you know, when the ratings start to flag just a bit?), but one can only hope. In the meantime, she did just that for Maxim Magazine, and looking good doing it, too. Say it with me now, kids: “Damn, I’d like to take THAT for a ride!”

Deanna Russo is Knight Rider’s New Girlfriend

In case you haven’t been keeping track, but they’re coming out with a new Knight Rider TV show. No, it won’t star David Hasselhoff, although I hear The Hoff is in negotiations to guest star. Instead, the new Michael Knight (he won’t be named Michael Knight, of course), will be the son of the original Michael Knight, and Deanna Russo will be playing the love of his life/ex-girlfriend who brings Knight into the fold. Here’s a note: I hope they don’t turn Knight Rider into a gritty, grimy show like Battlestar Galactica, etc. That would just take the fun out of it. And as we all know, the only thing more fun than watching an episode of the new BSG is hanging yourself while watching Schindler’s List. Anyhoo.
