Yes, she’s looking good here, but then again, Elizabeth Banks could look good singing a parody song about Effin’ Seth Rogen, as disgusting and repulsive as the mere idea of such a song is to us. So yeah, I’d have liked to see Elizabeth Banks do a more risque, and dare I say it, more revealing spread for her first appearance in Maxim Magazine, but I ain’t gonna complain. Elizabeth Banks has always been hot. One of those girls who seems to “get” that she’s hot, but isn’t so in love with the fact that she’s hot that she wouldn’t do something like, say, cover her face with paint and pretend to throw a football for a photoshoot. Then again, I don’t know Elizabeth Banks personally (unless you count those times I hid outside her window in the bushes, but perhaps I’ve said too much), so she could end up being a spoiled movie star who is a biotch to be around. Good God, is everyone in Hollywood f–king everyone else? Apparently so, and they’re making music videos about it, too, just to rub our faces in it, I bet. Obviously this whole “I’m f–king this guy/that dude” is gonna get old real fast, but for now, it’s still not quite so old yet, so this new video with Elizabeth Banks singing “I’m f–king Seth Rogen” is still kinda funny, but I don’t know how funny the next 20 or so video using the same concept is gonna be. Anyways, the funniest bit about this video? Not the whole “I’m f–king Seth Rogen” deal, which in itself is pretty disturbing, but the fact that Elizabeth Banks, who has that Midwestern Down Home Goodness type of innocent look about her, has to constantly sing the word “f–k”. Sarah Silverman doing it? Easy to buy. Elizabeth Banks? Priceless.
Babes at the MTV Movie Awards: Final Round-Up
Okay, so we forgot a couple of really good looking women who attended Sunday’s 2007 MTV Movie Awards (aka the Movie Awards show that means absolutely nothing, but everyone seems to really love). Among those blessed angels we passed up (and shame on us!) were Elizabeth Banks (she’s changed somehow…), Jessica Alba (try to ignore the ugly dress), Amanda Bynes (our Amanda is growing up!), Jessica Biel (another fashion victim, and I don’t even know anything about fashion), Ashley Tisdale (sweet and sexy!), and finally, a barely recognizable Brittany Daniel. What exactly did Brittany do to herself? Only her stylist knows, and it’s too scary for me to find out.
SPIDER-MAN 3 Pictures Galore
This is the last time I’m going to be posting pictures from the upcoming “Spiderman 3″, because frankly, after a while there isn’t a whole lot left to post, and the film will be released May 4th, 2007 anyway. But these batch are pretty new, and I don’t recall seeing a whole lot of them online yet. There are also some really good pictures of Bryce Dallas Howard as Gwen Stacy, and I’m finding her more and more appealing in the role. She certainly looks a lot more fresh than Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane. Maybe it’s just me, but like Julia Stiles, Dunst looks 30 going on 40. Anyways, enjoy the latest “Spider-Man 3″ pics.
Elizabeth Banks Wants to Know “What About Barb”
Elizabeth Banks is one busy gal. Variety (via Comingsoon) says Banks, the best thing about “The 40 Year Old Virgin”, will be headlining and producing the comedy “What About Barb”, about a socialite who must allow her uncouth cousin to be maid of honor so her nouveau riche uncle will pay for the wedding. She’ll also be seen reprising the role of Betty Brant in the latest “Spider-Man” film (she’s done the role in the previous two as well) and will be starring in “Fred Claus”, “Bill”, “Definitely, Maybe”, “Starship Dave”, “The H-Man Cometh”, the TV mini-series “”Comanche Moon”, and producing the horror movie “The Surrogates”. And oh yeah, what about her regular role on “Scrubs”? Damn, girl, take a break, I’m getting all fatigue just writing this!
Hollywood Babes Love “Children of Men”
Alfonso Cuarón’s sci-fi flick “Children of Men” is getting a lot of buzz lately. The film, about mass infertility bringing about the extinction of men, stars Clive Owen and Julianne Moore. And since Cuaron is a bitchy little American basher, I’m sure he’ll find some way to blame us eeeeeeeeeeevil Americans for his fictional movie’s global extinction problem. But I digress. Attending the flick’s UK premiere were Elizabeth Banks, Saffron Burrows, Alice Evans, and Clive Owen, who althought not officially a babe, is the star of the film, so that counts for something I figure.
