Geek Alert: Gigi Edgley

If you’re a real geek (and a sci-fi geek at that) then I don’t have to tell you who Gigi Edgley is. She’s one of the stars of the criminally underseen sci-fi show “Farscape”, which was shot in Australia and ran on American TV for four years before being unceremoniously yanked. The show was kooky, weird, and just downright badass. It was about an American astronaut (Stargate SG1’s Ben Browder) who ends up on the other side of the galaxy after he’s sucked into a wormhole. All kinds of fun, hilarity, and coolness ensues. And oh yeah, Gigi Edgley played a white-skin thief with a heart of something on the show. If you never saw “Farscape”, then you suck, and should run out to buy the DVD box set right now, you loser.
