Now I’m not going to pretend and tell you that I’m psyche to see Private Practice, the Grey’s Anatomy spin-off TV show, but I will tell you this: Any show smart enough to give Amy Brenneman another regular spot on its set is pretty damn smart, because Amy Brenneman made even that awful Judging Amy good. And if Private Practice follows in the steamy, sex-on-the-stairwells plotting of Grey’s Anatomy, why wouldn’t you want to tune in to give all the lovely ladies of Private Practice a shot? KaDee Strickland Joins Grey’s Anatomy Spin-off Private Practice

Normally I’m not very fond of women who uses crazy spellings for their generic name, but in the case of KaDee Strickland, I’m making an exception. What can I say, I like this Southern gal, and if she wants to get all screwy with a simple name like “Katie”, then that’s alright with me. You can soon catch more of this Georgia peach on the TV show “Private Practice”, the spin-off show to the ginormously popular doc show “Grey’s Anatomy”. The spin-off follows one of the doctors on the other show to another hospital and stuff happens. The Hollywood Reporter says KaDee will play Charlotte, a doctor and hospital administrator on “Private Practice”.

No More WEDDING BELLS for KaDee Strickland

After only four episodes, FOX has decided that David E. Kelley’s latest chick show “The Wedding Bells” is not good enough to stay on the air, so they’re going to air the remaining three (or are they?) and then ax the show. Which is a crying shame. “Bells” looked like it was going to take off after premiering behind “American Idol”, but then again, you could premiere a show about horse manure behind “American Idol” and still get great numbers. We’re going to miss the show and its bevy of hotties, including Teri Polo and, of course, KaDee Strickland.
