Random Foreign Babe of the Day: Lena Gercke

Our Random Foreign Babe of the Day is Lena Gercke, the winner of Germany’s Next Top Model 2006. While Lena Gercke very much belongs in the babe category (just see her pictures for confirmation), what I want to talk about is the whole Next Top Model franchise. Which leads me to this question: Has any of these winners actually become a “top model” anywhere? The only winner of the American version that I am even aware of is Adrianne Curry, and that’s only because she married that Brady Bunch guy. The rest? Forget about it. (Although I think the winner of Zimbabwe’s Next Top Model came close to Victoria’s Secret…)

Lena Gercke is Germany’s Next Top Model

As everyone probably knows by now, every country in the known world has a version of the Tyra Banks-hosted show “America’s Next Top Model”. The last time I check, the Somalians were cranking out the first season of their show. (I’m just kidding, of course. Or am I?) Here’s Lena Gercke, the winner of the 2006 German version of the show. As you can see, she obviously won because of her superior intellect and sparkling personality, and not because she looks unGodly hot in bra and panties. Um.
