Random Supermodel of the Day: Lisa Snowdon

English supermodels don’t come around very often. In fact, I wasn’t even sure they existed. After all, with all the Brazilians, Argentinians, Americans, and yes, Canadians out there filling out all those supermodel positions, what’s left for the Brits? Apparently Lisa Snowdon doesn’t feel that way, because between television and singing gigs and dating George Clooney, she’s managed to walk enough runways, been on enough magazine covers, and looked good enough in a bikini and lingerie that Wikipedia has bestowed her the title of “supermodel”. Which is good for us, because it’s another reason to post pictures of her.

Brit Babe Invasion: Lisa Snowdon

Lisa Snowdon is what they call a model and “TV presenter” over there in the UK. Basically “TV presenter” is someone who goes on TV and, um, present stuff. The host of a show is a presenter. An anchorwoman is a presenter. The Brits have a broad definition of “TV presenter”, let’s just say that. Of course not a whole lot of TV presenters are also lingerie models like Lisa Snowdon, which is a crying shame as there are a ton of anchorbabes in the U.S. that I wouldn’t mind showing off their curves in a revealing bikini or lingerie. But for now, Lisa Snowdon will just have to do.
