Celebrity Cleavage: Marisol Nichols

Our celebrity cleavage for today is Marisol Nichols, who you may recognize as Nadia on the last season of FOX’s aging action-adventure TV show “24″. Since Marisol’s character survived last season, a rare occasion since the producers seemed to be killing people off left and right — it sucks to work for CTU Los Angeles, apparently — we can only hope that Nadia will make a return appearance and finally slip out of that uptight power suit they had her wearing throughout the year. Of course there’s no guarantee, we are talking about “24″ here after all, where everyone except Jack Bauer gets it sooner or later. But if Marisol Nichols shows this picture around, I’m willing to bet Nadia will get a chance to climb out of her suit on the show.

Two Reasons to Bring Marisol Nichols Back for Season 7 of “24″

In case the Powers That Be behind the Fox show “24″ was wondering if they should bring back Marisol Nichols’ character for Season 7 of their aging “24″, here are two very good reasons to do so. And hey, it’s not like they can’t bring her back. Her character did survive the end of Season 6, and there was more than a little spark going on between Nadia (Nichols’ character) and asshole CTU agent Mike Doyle, so why not bring her back? And oh yeah, guys, get rid of the power suit. Marisol Nichols don’t need no stinkin’ power suit to run CTU. Don’t you agree?

Latin Flavor Explosion: The 2007 Alma Awards

On Friday Hollywood’s hottest Latinas (and some Waspy chicks) showed up for the 2007 Alma Awards, basically a “Latin Only” showcase. Well, actually, you can still show up if you’re not Latin, but your chances of winning probably ain’t so good. Present and accounted for were a bevy of Latin babes, highlighted by the most famous one of them all, Eva Longoria. Joining her were Sofia Vergara, Constance Marie, Alexa Vega, Marisol Nichols, Danna Garcia, and former beauty queen Dayanara Torres. So who won and who lost? Who cares is more like it!

My Random 24 Prediction: Nadia IS the Traitor!

In Monday’s episode of “24″, it was revealed that there is yet another mole in CTU (another one! this government body has more moles in it than a molehill!) and they’re working with the terrorists. We are led to believe the culprit is Nadia Yasir, CTU’s Muslim-American operative, played by Marisol Nichols. But of course it’s so obvious that it can’t be Nadia. Or is it? See, this is where the writers of “24″ likes to play with us. They zig and zag and when we think they’re going to zag, they zig again. Get it? What I’m trying to say is, it is my prediction that, in later episodes, it will become clear that Nadia was, in fact, a CTU mole as originally suspected! (Then again, if I’m wrong, nevermind.)

New “24″ Babe Marisol Nichols

Before she landed alongside Jack Bauer on the upcoming 6th Season of “24″ (January 2007 — start the Tivos now!), Marisol Nichols was the female lead on the ABC cop show “Blind Justice”. You know, the one about the cop who gets blinded, then sues the force to come back on the job? Yeah, that dumbass show. No wonder it didn’t fly. I mean, come on, a blind cop, and they try to play it as “gritty” ala “NYPD Blue”? I call B$ on that one. But anyways, Marisol Nichols is now fighting terrorist scum alongside Jack Bauer on FOX. Yay!
