You know, it just occurred to me that I don’t watch nearly enough British television, and I really should. After all, they did go through the trouble of giving us BBC America, which is like the UK’s BBC, minus all the anti-American crap the BBC regularly spews out, and instead there is just entertainment programs. What I’m trying to get at is, British TV has some pretty good stuff on it, and I should lay off the Telemundo (after all, I can’t even understand any of the shows!) and watch more British TV. Sure, the accents may be pretty damn hard to figure out sometimes, but by and large, you CAN figure them out — somewhat. Anyhoo, here’s Martine McCutcheon in Loaded Magazine.

Brit Babe Invasion: Martine McCutcheon

Here’s a new one: Our Brit Babe of the day, Martine McCutcheon, is an English TV actress and singer, but she actually got her show business start at the tender age of 12 doing a Kool-Aid commercial in the States. How about them apples? Well Martine McCutcheon has since returnd to Britain, where she’s enjoyed a thriving TV career, having appeared on the popular soap “EastEnders” as Tiffany Raymond, before going on to play Eliza Doolittle in the play “My Fair Lady” at London’s West End, a role that garnered her a best actress awards at the 2002 Laurence Olivier Awards. Not bad for a girl who started her career drinking bad artificial water!
