The Girls of Reaper: Missy Peregrym and Valarie Rae Miller

Reaper is another show I haven’t seen yet, but the commercials really look funny. Plus, it features two bona fide hotties and one gorgeous babe in Missy Peregrym and Valarie Rae Miller, with Peregrym filling in the hottie and the gorgeous babe category. No offense to Miller, but she still has a ways to go to look as drop dead hot as Missy Peregrym, who left a hit show in NBC’s Heroes to take a stab at a leading lady role in Reaper. I’m hoping it works out for her, because the best thing about a show based around being “geeky” is having a really hot girl as the lead. Hey, if the slacker character in the show can get Missy, why not us? Check out Reaper on the CW, but before that, check out these promos of Missy Peregrym and Valarie Rae Miller.

New TV Show Preview: Reaper

In the new The CW show “Reaper” (God, how much do I hate having to type “The CW”? Tons!), a 20-something slacker learns that long ago his parents sold his soul to the devil, and now the devil has come to collect. Oops! As a result, the slacker now has to go around the city hunting down renegade souls for the devil, played by the delightful Ray Wise. The pilot episode gets some star power (the show itself is pretty much devoid of stars or any big names whatsoever, Ray Wise not withstanding) in director Kevin Smith, king of the slackers. It actually looks like a very promising show, and you can check out a trailer for it below, plus one other reason to watch the show. Pssst. Her name is Missy, and she’s the slacker’s love interest on the show.

Missy Peregrym Gives Death a Chubby in Reaper

For those of you still hoping that Missy Peregrym will return for the second season of Heroes as Candice, the illusionist with a bitchy streak, you can all let out your breath now, because it ain’t happening. That’s right, kids, I’m sorry to tell you that Missy Peregrym has joined the cast of the CW’s “Reaper”, about a slacker who becomes Death. Plot twist: the slacker Death dude has a crush on Missy Peregrym, his co-worker at, well, work. Missy’s character is Andi, and the reaper guy is played by some guy whose character name is Sam. Yah, yah, I know, my research sucks. (See? This explains my “Missy Peregrym Gives Death a Chubby in Reaper” title. And you thought none of my titles have any meaning! Shame on you!)

Missy Peregrym Bikini Pictures

So I was watching a re-run of “Heroes” on the Sci Fi Channel the other day, and realized that I really dug Missy Peregrym’s character. Who doesn’t like the mean, superpowered bitch that she plays on the show? Now that’s a woman! But anyways, while I was realizing that I liked Candice (Missy’s character), I wondered to myself what she looks like a bikini. Because, you know, that’s what I wonder when I see something interesting. People see a good actress and think, “Hey, where did she learn how to act like that?” Me? I see a good actress and think, “Dude, I’d really like to see her in a bikini”. And so — Missy Peregrym in bikini pictures!
