Being that whenever she shows up in the pages of Maxim and similar men’s magazines she’s usually mostly naked, half naked, or generally really hot looking, we, the general populace, loves her, too. Now I can’t recall the last time I actually saw her show My Name is Earl (seriously, how am I expected to sit there and watch some guy with porn mustache for 30 minutes?), but I can recall the last time I had a bad, bad fantasy about Nadine Velazquez. That was a few seconds ago. Oh, wait, there’s another one. And another one… Man, it must be these photos. Wait, oh, there was another really good one. Damn, Nadine Velazquez, thanks for the memories!
Nadine Velazquez is Back in Maxim 2008
NBC’s long-running My Name is Earl TV show is notable for two things — the hero is a dumb ass redneck who is probably dumber than a big dumb rock, and two, it’s got the hot and really spicy Nadine Velazquez playing a motel cleaning lady who used to be a stripper. Her big stripper dance? Bouncing up and down to the song “Jump Around” by House of Pain. They even did a whole episode on it. Here’s Nadine Velazquez in the August issue of Maxim Magazine. She was in the magazine way back in 2005, but this is the 2008 version, and while not necessarily new and improved, she’s just as hot as we remembered. I’m not a fan of the hair style, though, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. The bikini works like gangbusters, though.
Matt Damon is the Sexiest Man Alive
Matt Damon has been named “The Sexiest Man Alive” for the year 2007 by the people at People Magazine. He joins former title holders George Clooney (1997, 2006), Matthew McConaughey (2005) and Jude Law (2004). And of course, who could forget crazy Mel Gibson, who originally grabbed the title in its inaugural year in 1985. Damon managed to beat out Hollywood studs like Patrick Dempsey, Ryan Reynolds, Brad Pitt, James McAvoy, Johnny Depp, Dave Annable, Will Smith, Javier Bardem, Shemar Moore, Ben Affleck, Adrian Grenier, Will Yun Lee and Justin Timberlake for the 2007 honor. Says the 37-year old Damon about the “honor”: “You’ve given an aging suburban dad the ego-boost of a lifetime.” Way to go, Damon. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to prove my manhood by posting some pictures of Nadine Velazquez.
Latin Flavor Explosion: The 2007 Alma Awards
On Friday Hollywood’s hottest Latinas (and some Waspy chicks) showed up for the 2007 Alma Awards, basically a “Latin Only” showcase. Well, actually, you can still show up if you’re not Latin, but your chances of winning probably ain’t so good. Present and accounted for were a bevy of Latin babes, highlighted by the most famous one of them all, Eva Longoria. Joining her were Sofia Vergara, Constance Marie, Alexa Vega, Marisol Nichols, Danna Garcia, and former beauty queen Dayanara Torres. So who won and who lost? Who cares is more like it!
