The Internet is all abuzz about Hollywood “girl next door but hotter” Rachel McAdams being offered a prime spot on the upcoming live-action superhero movie “Iron Man”. McAdams is apparently at the top of director Jon Favreau’s wishlist for the female lead, a character named Pepper Potts, who knows all about Tony Stark (aka Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr.). Of course last time the Internet was “abuzz” it was over Famke Janssen joining the cast, but apparently that didn’t happen. Personally, I think the Internet buzzes way to frakkin’ much, and needs to chill.

According to TMZ, Rachel McAdams is in negotiations to star in the “whimsical” time travel movie “The Time Traveler’s Wife”, based on the novel by Audrey Niffenegger. So what’s it about? “Henry De Tamble, a rather dashing librarian at the famous Newberry Library in Chicago, finds himself unavoidably whisked around in time. He disappears from a scene in, say, 1998 to find himself suddenly, usually without his clothes, which mysteriously disappear in transit, at an entirely different place 10 years earlier-or later. During one of these migrations, he drops in on beautiful teenage Clare Abshire, an heiress in a large house on the nearby Michigan peninsula, and a lifelong passion is born. The problem is that while Henry’s age darts back and forth according to his location in time, Clare’s moves forward in the normal manner, so the pair are often out of sync.” Sounds like “The Notebook” with time travelling. (Mind you, not that I’ve seen “The Notebook”. Ahem.)

It’s been a while since we’ve posted any new Rachel McAdams pictures, and really, that’s a crying shame. Someone this beautiful should be posted a whole lot more. Well, in an effort to right this cosmic wrong, here are three pics guaranteed to make you go ga-ga over Rachel McAdams. Red is most definitely her color, although I’m not crazy about the hair. Kinda makes her look like Natasha Henstridge, actually…

Some pictures of the oh so lovely Canadian Rachel McAdams, who is insanely naturally radiant. Oh sure, so she didn’t do that Vanity Fair nude cover, but frankly I think she looks much better with her clothes on. And are those moles of hers hot or what?

The online gossip rags are all abuzz about Rachel McAdams apparently walking out of a proposed Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue cover that was to showcase her, Keira Knightley, and Scarlett Johansson nude. The whole shebang was apparently the brainchild of designer Tom Ford, known for his propensity for nudeness. (read that story here)
