So if you’re one of the three people who reads this site regularly (and of course by “regularly” I mean you read it once a month, or thereabouts), then you already know that Sofia Vergara is one spicy Latina, or as the kids down south would probably caller, “Damn, that is one spicy mama!” Is she a great actress? Um, probably not. She’s an average actress, I believe (at least according to everything I’ve seen her in), but is she one smoking hot actress? Um, yeah. Like, no doubt, my friend. She’s so hot you’d need goggles just to ogle these bikini pictures of her. She’s so hot I slapped myself upside the head after I pressed “Published” on this post. Ouch. My head hurts. (Wonder why?)

Mama Mia it’s Sofia Vergara in Maxim

As gorgeous and voluptuous (and all that good stuff that hot women have in abundance) as she is, you’d think that someone would have put Sofía Vergara in a men’s magazine already, but I don’t recall her ever having been in Stuff, FHM, or Maxim until now. If she was in any one of those magazines, I must have missed it, which isn’t a surprise, because I miss a lot of things, including my old 1982 Chevy. Um, I mean, Sofia Vergara has shown up in Maxim UK’s July issue with a very nice spread. Tell me Sofia Vergara doesn’t have it going on, and I might have to come over there and kick your cat and toss your granny out the window. Seriously, don’t test me.

What a great Sunday. Somebody finally knocked the Ohio State Buckeyes off their vastly overrated throne (way to go, Fighting Illini!) yesterday, and the Longhorns are once again moving up the rankings. We’re hoping they’ll re-enter the Top 10 very soon, making this a great Sunday, post-Saturday College Football day. And wait, what’s this? Some pictures of the luscious, too wonderful for words Sofia Vergara to top off the weekend? Yes, it’s true, the world is looking up, and pretty soon we’ll all be given free Red Bulls without having to pay $10 a can for them. I’m not the only one who pays $10 a can, right? Anyhoo. Latin Flavor Explosion: The 2007 Alma Awards

On Friday Hollywood’s hottest Latinas (and some Waspy chicks) showed up for the 2007 Alma Awards, basically a “Latin Only” showcase. Well, actually, you can still show up if you’re not Latin, but your chances of winning probably ain’t so good. Present and accounted for were a bevy of Latin babes, highlighted by the most famous one of them all, Eva Longoria. Joining her were Sofia Vergara, Constance Marie, Alexa Vega, Marisol Nichols, Danna Garcia, and former beauty queen Dayanara Torres. So who won and who lost? Who cares is more like it!

So it’s Friday and I’m sitting here, bored out of my mind, and suddenly it occurred to me: “Eureka! Sofia Vergara in a bikini! Holy God what a way to go into the weekend!” And so, as was the case when God invented life and the Earth and the sky, I have created this thread for you blokes our way slide into the weekend. It is Sofia Vergara, late of “The Knights of Prosperity” (gee, who didn’t know that one was gonna get canned post haste?). For your daily dose of Sofia, catch her on the CBS sitcom “The Knights of Prosperity”, where she assays the role of Esperanza Villalobos, a Spanish babe who joins a bunch of losers to rob Mick Jagger’s penthouse. Yes, I think you can safely say that Sofia Vergara has been stereotyped as a gorgeous Spanish siren. But hey, that’s better than being stereotyped as a geeky nerd ala that guy on “Saved by the Bell”, right?

“Knights” of Preposterous Hotness with Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara is starring in a new show called “The Knights of Prosperity”, where a bunch of dumbasses hatch a plan to rob Mick Jaggar and — er, who cares. Sofia Vergara is one of those women who reinforces stereotypes — she’s dark, exotic, and when you see her the sound “vavavoom” keeps popping into your head. But where was I? Oh right, in “The Knights of Prosperity”, Sofia plays Esperanza Villalobos, a, well, hot Latina who gets involved in the whole robbing celebrities thing. Plus, Reiko Aylesworth is in it, so that’s two reasons to watch, kids.

Columbians like Sofia Vergara don’t come around everyday. You might have recognized her from the romantic comedy “Chasing Papi”, or the short-lived ABC sitcom “Hot Properties” in 2005, but you’ll definitely know her when she assays the part of Mary Alice Young in the Colombian version of ABC’s hit “Desperate Housewives”. Are you kidding me? A sultry, latin-flavored version of “Desperate Housewives”? You know, I don’t get Telemundo or Univison (or whatever channel it’ll eventually be broadcast on), but damn, I gotsa get me some of that!
