Taylor Swift L.E.I. Jeans Promos
People who know me might be shock to learn that, back in the day, I used to listen to country music pretty regularly. Of course, back in the day I had an actual 9-to-5 job, and listening to country music was a nice way to remind myself that my job sucked and my life was going nowhere fast, and that my cow had contracted mad cow disease. (Wait, that last part didn’t really happen. I think.) Anyways, yeah, I used to listen to country music, but I wasn’t around when Taylor Swift came on the scene with her pretty little self and guitar slinging ways. I like to think that had I been around when the little darling came onto the scene, I would have instantly recognized the talent and appeal. Or the hotness. She’s, you know, pretty easy on the eyes, too. Some promos she did for L.E.I. jeans.

I don’t know for sure, and you probably shouldn’t put money on this being true, but I’m reasonably certain there is some kind of law against a country singer subjecting herself to this kind of totally random acts of hotness, especially at an event where more than 100 people are wearing cowboy hats. Or if there isn’t one, then there probably should be, since I don’t think there has been a country music singer who has captured the imagination of horny fanboys everywhere (okay, maybe that’s stretching it a bit; but definitely the horny country music listening ones) like new Goddess Taylor Swift. Whatever possessed her to perform onstage at last night’s CMA Awards with water pouring all over her? I don’t know, but I ain’t acomplainin’, as they say down south.
Taylor Swift and Hotness Wins Out at the CMT Awards
The big winner at the recent CMT Music Awards was one little hottie name Taylor Swift, who is, easily, the hottest thing to come out of country music since Shania Twain and Faith Hill blew up and then went sold out by going mainstream pop. I can’t see Taylor Swift doing that, mostly because she’s very country, but also because it’s probably going to be a while yet before she matures enough to think she needs to “grow” i.e. abandon the people who brought her to the dance, including handling her two more trophies at last night’s awards show. Kellie Pickler also won some hardware, but let’s focus on Taylor Swift for now.
More Country Goodness with Taylor Swift
At the risk of having my Too Cool for School license revoked (as if I had one to begin with, I know, just go along with it), I actually used to listen to country music. No, it’s true. And yeah, I was listening to it BEFORE girls like Faith Hill et al turned the genre into a great place to find sexy women. I actually listened to country music for — gasp — the music! But you know what, with girls like Taylor Swift now dominating the scene, I can go back to country music and pretend I’m back for the music, but I’m really back for the girls. Ooooh yeah, it’s a perfect plan. How could it go wrong? Conclusion: It cannot!
Country Goodness with Taylor Swift
What’s this? A potential challenger to the throne of Country Music Hotness? Hey, why not. Although Shania Twain and Faith Hill have provided us with many pleasures over the years, it’s about time someone came around to knock them off their perch. Could that person be 17-year old Taylor Swift, who first made it big in 2006 with the song “Tim McGraw” (who we will assume is about Tim McGraw, husband of Faith Hill, and a country star himself — “Indian Outlaw”, anyone?) Taylor is a guitar slinger, a singer-songwriter, and she’s got curly blondes. I predict good things for this country gal!
