This may or may not be the 20th time that Tricia Helfer has been in Maxim. To be honest with you, I’ve stopped keeping count, mostly because, well, who cares, right? It’s all about Tricia Helfer and that perfect body slinking around the joint. Ever since Battlestar Galactica has gone off the air, you can catch Helfer and her fellow BSG hotties all over the tube doing guest spots. Helfer recently had a nice long stint on Burn Notice, and Katee Sackhoff is going to be showing up as a CTU tech on 24 pretty soon. What I’m trying to say is, thank God for TV, otherwise Tricia Helfer wouldn’t be out there promoting like this recent appearance in Maxim.

I’ve never actually seen a full episode of the NBC show Chuck, so I don’t really know the context for these pictures of former Battlestar Galactica hottie Tricia Helfer, who is doing a guest spot on the program. I’m guessing these are from some fantasy sequence by the main character Chuck, who according to the commercials, seems to do a lot of fantasizing about the hot women in his life, and Tricia is apparently one of them. At least, for a few episodes. Don’t think she’s a permanent castmember, though the show probably wishes she was. Anyways, some promos of the dangerously hot Number Six doing her thing on Chuck.

So there’s this bondage heavy movie called “Walk All Over Me” starring Leelee Sobieski and Tricia Helfer that was supposed to come out last year. Or was it this year? Well, the point is, it was supposed to come out a while ago, but it hasn’t been able to make it to the theaters yet. At this point, the movie will probably go straight to DVD. It’s a comedy, so don’t get your hopes up too high, boys and, well, just the boys, actually. Leelee Sobieski plays some country bumpkin who shows at Tricia Helfer’s doorsteps looking for something, and ends up getting into some role-playing escort service thingy with her. Then some gangsters show up and bad, albeit funny bad, stuff are supposed to happen. Anyways, I have no idea when the movie is coming out, but here are some great shots from the movie’s promos featuring the hot-tastic duo of Leelee Sobieski and Tricia Helfer. Can I get a tissue paper for your drool, sir?

What do you do when your TV show is about to get canned? Show up in as many magazines as you can, wearing as little clothes as you can without being exploitative, of course. Or, if it turns out to be a tad exploitative, hey, it’s all in the name of art, right? Mind you, not that I’m complaining, even though I don’t really “get” why Grace Park, Tricia Helfer, and Katee Sackhoff, aka the Battlestar Galactica Girls, are riding around in, apparently, the desert on hogs wearing little more than undies and chaps in this latest issue of Interview Magazine. But hey, “getting” the context of things is grossly overrated. Give me a half-naked Tricia Helfer, Grace Park, and Katee Sackhoff anyday.

I have to admit, the best thing that’s come out of the Battlestar Galactica TV show setting off on its fourth and final season is that its stars, girls like Tricia Helfer, are out there, pretty much everywhere, showing off the cash and prizes in order to set up new jobs once the show goes off the air. Such as this appearance by Tricia Helfer in FHM. It’s been a while since we saw her in these type of magazine, but here she is, looking better than ever. So whoever is out there orchestrating Tricia Helfer’s media blitz? Keep it up!

I don’t know who is currently doing the promo work for the Sci Fi Channel’s Battlestar Galactica show, but if they had been doing this back in the beginning — slapping its three main attractions, i.e. the girl trio of Tricia Helfer, Grace Park, and Katee Sackhoff on every media outlet they could get into — then the show might have improved on its ratings instead of just being the critical darling, but barely-seen TV show that it is. In any case, it’s better late than never, I guess, and here’s Tricia Helfer, Grace Park, and Katee Sackhoff getting all retro and junk in the latest issue of GQ Magazine. The hair scares me, but I’ll get over it.

Who says the Sci Fi Channel doesn’t know how to sell their shows? For their upfront meet and greet with the press, the Sci Fi Channel brought out the big guns — the sexiest gals this side of sci-fi to sell their wares. Amanda Tapping, post-Stargate SG1 and Atlantis (and set to introduce a new show that she’ll produce and star), and of course, there are the Battlestar Galactica babes, Tricia Helfer, Grace Park, and Katee Sackhoff. Battlestar Galactica will be saying bye-bye after this season, but if the Sci Fi Channel is smart, they’ll ink all three gals for new series. Behold — the best parts of the Sci Fi Channel’s Upfront.

Let’s face it — if you had to be conquered and enslaved by alien cyborgs from outer space, then at least have them come in the form of Lucy Lawless, Grace Park, and Tricia Helfer, three terrific reasons to let the Cylons win. Okay, sure, so being conqured and enslaved by robots is not anything to get excited about, but seriously, if you had to be enslaved, at least they could look like these three hotties. Am I right or am I right? I mean, they could turn you into their love slaves and what not, and “force” you to do things to them. Um, yeah. Watch Battlestar Galactica when it comes back with Season 4 sometime next month. Or the month after. Eh, you know. Check out the three reasons why we should let the Cylons win the war.

Boy, is Tricia Helfer curvaceous, or is Tricia Helfer curvaceous? Yeah, I’m gonna have to go with Tricia Helfer being very curvaceous. The Battlestar Galactica star was recently at Spike TV’s Scream 2007 shindig. I’m still not sure what the heck the show was about — is it a movie awards show? A music awards show? A Guys awards show? Eh, who cares, as long as they pack in the babes like Tricia Helfer, Megan Fox, and on and on and on. Now THAT’s an awards show I’d like to attend. Hmm, speaking of which, I can’t believe Spike TV lost my invitation in the mail again. Man, I really gotta get a P.O. Box or something…

Just because in the future the human race is facing extinction and are being pursued by killer cyborgs of their own making, it doesn’t necessarily preclude sexy babes from showing off. Such is the case of the Sci Fi Channel’s “Battlestar Galactica”, currently considered the greatest TV show ever invented by man EVER. Or some other high accolade that it probably doesn’t really deserve, especially after just three years on the air. But whatever. We’re here to give love to the girls of BSG, and that’s what we’re gonna do. (And yes, there is as reason Mary McDonnell is on the list…)

Well, she made the uber depressing “Battlestar Galactica” TV show worth watching, so why wouldn’t Tricia Helfer make a movie about the female version of Superman also worth a gander? Via Joblo.com, who hears from someone in the know that Warner Brothers has begun the first stages of making a movie based on the Supergirl character — they’ve paid someone to write a script. One of the names on the list of possibilities is Helfer, who happens to be 33-years old, way too old for someone called “supergirl“. Personally I think the producers should look at Helfer’s “Battlestar Galactica” co-star, Grace Park. An Asian superhero? Why not, it’s the 21st century!
19 March 2007
Tricia Helfer, the sexy Number Six on the new, darkly depressing “Battlestar Galactica” show, and Rachel Nichols, formerly of “Alias” and “The I Inside”, are joining David Eick’s sci-fi TV series “Them” for the FOX Network. The show is about a sleeper cell of extraterrestrial (i.e. aliens) terrorists who come to live among us for, one presumes, nefarious purposes. No word on rather Helfer and Nichols will be playing members of the cell, or if they will be human babes who, once the bad aliens lay eyes on them, changes their ways. David Eick is a pretty busy man, working on both “BSG”, “Them”, the new “Bionic Woman”, the BSG spin-off “Caprica”, two series for the FX channel “Guilty Pleasures” and “The Wanting”, and according to TVGuide.com, something for the Lifetime Channel.

Great news, fans of depressing sci-fi! The Sci Fi Channel announced recently that it has renewed the show for a fourth season, ordering 13 new episodes with an eye toward a January 2008 premiere. Apparently the show got a slight boost in ratings after moving to Sunday Nights from its usual Friday Night schedule. I don’t particular care all that much, but I do cherish the opportunity to see more Grace Park, Lucy Lawless, and Tricia Helfer on TV. Them’s nice lookin’ sci-fi chicks there, folks. Read all about it here.

I don’t really care for the Sci Fi Channel’s “Battlestar Galactica” TV show, which is saying lots coming from a guy who just loves the heck out of science fiction everything. I mean, damn, folks, I’m one of those guys who saw every single “Star Trek: Voyager” episode, no matter how lame they were. But I just can’t get into “BSG”, although pictures like these of one of the show’s stars, Tricia Helfer, might make me re-consider my decision. What time is it on again?
28 December 2006
Here’s news that The Powers That Be, led by showrunner/producer Ron Moore, plans on sending the new BSG onto DVD shelves if the show doesn’t get picked up for a fourth season — or even if it does get picked up, they’ll still do a 2-hour telefilm after the third season. BSG, for those of you who don’t know, is the most depressing show (sci-fi or otherwise) on TV, thus it has achieved universal acclaim from the mainstream press. I personally think the new BSG has its moments, but on the whole, watching it is as depressing as running over my cat with a car, taking a bath in the mud, and then getting beeyatch slap by that slow kid down the block. But what do I know. At least Starbuck and Boomer (aka Katee Sackhoff and Grace Park) are super hot on the show, so that’s two reasons to watch. And yeah, that robot girl ain’t so bad either.

Oh, those crazy Cylons and their crazy human resistance fighters. They’re about to come back for another battle in Round 3, this time with the humans entrenched in captivity and those Cylon bastards overlordin’ over them. Expect a lot of Abu Ghraib references, Bush Foreign Policy bashing, and all that good Hollywood junk. But damn, does that show have a lot of hot sci-fi chicks or what? Here are some of them in the show’s Season 3 Promos. (And oh yeah, the men are sprinkled in there, too, if you care about that stuff…)

Crappy name, great bod. That about sums up Canadian babe Tricia Helfer in a nutshell. The blonde uber babe plays a Cylon robot on the TV show “Battlestar Galactica” bent on enslaving mankind (hey, she can enslave me anyday!) and she’s hosting Canada’s version of “America’s Top Model” called, urm, “Canada’s Top Model”. And here I didn’t even know Canada had more than one model. You know, Tricia. Check out the Canadian curves.
19 June 2006
I don’t know what the Much Music Video Awards is, but judging by the sea of Canadian hotties at the show, I’m willing to bet it’s a Canucklehead thang. Among the sea of hotness appearing is cyborg cutie Tricia Helfer, promiscuous girl Nelly Furtado, and the 24 girl herself Elisha Cuthbert. Paris Hilton and Tori Spelling were also there, but since this thread isn’t titled “Skanks at the 2006 Much Music Video Awards”, let’s just pretend they weren’t there.

Canada has supermodels? Okay, I heard that Tricia Helfer hails from Canada, but I had no clue she was actually Canadian. (I know, I’m not the brightest guy in the world. So sue me. No, actually, don’t. Ahem.) Anyways, here’s Tricia Helfer doing some promo work for the Canadian version of Tyra Banks’ “America’s Next Top Model” show except, er, with Canadians. Models. Huh, how come one of the judges is wearing a cowboy hat? I didn’t know Canada had cowboys…

Tricia Helfer’s last name may be “helfer”, but this woman is all woman, baby! But I digress. You can check out Tricia every Friday on the Sci Fi Channel playing the imaginary (or is she?) Cylon robot inside Gaius Baltar’s head. And apparently her character is a very skanky Cylon, because she’s constantly naked on the show. Here’s Tricia Helfer in Arena Magazine.
