According to the ratings, the second season of Chuck isn’t exactly burning up the airwaves. Then again, if your show doesn’t have has-been (and in some cases, never-was-been) celebrities doing the tango or hitting each other over the head with cowboy hats, you probably aren’t getting real good ratings. Such is the sad state of the American TV viewing public. But I digress. Come on, admit it, the only reason you tuned in in the first place was because of the promos showing Yvonne Strahovski strapping throwing knives into her knickers. It’s okay, I’m not going to make fun of you, or tell your mom. Okay, so maybe I will make fun of you, but I’m definitely going to leave your mom out of it. Anyone who knows me knows that I love me pictures of hot women dressed up as Slave Princess Leia. It’s like, the geek’s wet dream times infinity. Carrie Fisher looked pretty damn good in that outfit, but subsequent girls who have dressed up in it have looked even better. Now, it’s not like we think keeping slaves is a good thing, but you know, it’s futuristic, she’s in that gold bikini, and, um, it’s hard to explain. Look, you either love it or you don’t, so there you go. Anyways, in the latest episode of Chuck, Yvonne Strahovski (Strzechowski), who plays a CIA chick in the show, wore a Slave Princess Leia costume to a party filled with geeks because, you know, she knows what geeks like, and she’s hot enough to pull them off. NBC’s new action-adventure (and comedy, I might add) offering Chuck isn’t necessarily a bad show. I don’t think it’s really that great, but it sure has some great points about it, and one of them is, without a doubt, a certain blonde gorgeous bombshell named Yvonne Strahovski (Strzechowski) . In fact, Yvonne cuts such a stunning figure on the show that I wish NBC had given her the Bionic Woman TV series instead of this one. I wouldn’t mind seeing Yvonne leaping across rooftops or throwing guys around as the bionic woman. But hey, beggars can’t be choosers, and Yvonne is pretty good in Chuck, too.
