This is so disconcerting. I’m not used to seeing hip-hop singer Ciara with so much clothes on. Or at least, with her perfectly sculpted abs covered up. But I have to say, she cuts a fantastic figure in this sleek, slinky evening dress. Who knew hip-hoppers could clean up so good? The cleavage ain’t bad, either.
