“Feast” Writers Land “Saw 4″ Gig

Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, who penned the low-budget, but insanely fun “Feast” horror flick, has been tapped to write the fourth installment of the “Saw” franchise, which, as was the case with the previous two, will hit theaters Halloween 2007. Says Melton, “I can’t say much just now, other than that we’re huge fans of the first three films and that we promise to continue the bloody, plot-twisting tradition of the franchise.” Now that’s all fine and well, Patty, but you just remember to bring Shawnee Smith back.
