Geek Love: Top 10 Comic Book Movie Babes, Part 2
Welcome back. As a refresher, here was our Top 10 Comic Book Movie Hotties from #10 to #6 (in part one here): Jessica Alba as a brainy Sue Storm in “Fantastic Four”, Emmanuelle Vaugier as Painkiller Jane, and #8 to #6 all hailing from the “X-Men” films: Kelly Hu as Lady Deathstrike from “X-Men 2″, Famke Janssen as Jean Grey, and Rebecca Romijn as Mystique. And now, then, are the top 5 Comic Book Movie Babes, starting with…
#5: Jennifer Connelly as Betty Ross (”Hulk”)
Jennifer Connelly is always a personal favorite, and you just knew that if she ended up in a comic book movie, it wouldn’t be to slip on a tight costume, but rather as the civilian love interest to raging hulkster Bruce Banner. She loses points for the no-costume part, but lands at #7 anyhow for just being Jennifer Connelly.

#4: Halle Berry as Catwoman (”Catwoman”)
Okay, so the movie sucked, and the whole Catwoman as S&M mistress thing was just dumb, dumb, and dumb. But I’ll be damn if Halle Berry as Catwoman still isn’t sexy as hell.

#3: Jennifer Garner as Elektra (”Elektra”)
You can’t blame anyone for casting Jennifer Garner as the assassin with a heart Elektra. She was a natural for the role: hot, athletic, and tough. And plus, she’s shown she can handle action with flair in “Alias”, and after that, “Daredevil”. So why wouldn’t she be able to bring the same combination of smoldering hotness and talent to “Elektra”? Well, something went wrong, but we’ll always have Jennifer Garner in a blistering red uniform to carry us through the bad times.

#2: Helen Slater as Supergirl (”Supergirl”)
Another movie that really sucked, but Helen Slater as Supergirl? HOT. It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s — damn that’s one sexy girl! I know they can’t cast Helen as Supergirl in the upcoming new version, which is too damn bad, because Helen Slater became a major crush since she slipped on the skirt and S emblem.

#1: Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman (”Batman Returns”)
What? Two Catwomans on the list? Yeah, why not? Halle Berry may look good in that revealing S&M uniform of hers, but no one filled a black latex bodysuit better than Michelle Pfeiffer. And an added bonus that puts Pfeiffer above everyone else? She’s a classy actress with a healthy body of work, who decided to play a comic book character that goes around purring like a cat. I mean, talk about a delightful surprise!

And there you have it it, kids!
