Gemma Atkinson in Loaded
Have you noticed that there seems to be a heck of a lot of British girls named Gemma? According to ThinkBabyNames, Gemma “is of Latin origin, and its meaning is “gem, jewel”. Saint Gemma was an Italian saint canonized in 1940. She was an ordinary young woman whose religious life included manifestations of the stigmata, or the marks of Christ’s wounds.” And that, um, is sorta one of the reasons why so many British girls are named Gemma. I guess. Or maybe not. Damn, what a waste of time. Anyhoo, one of the more famous Gemmas, British model Gemma Atkinson, is in the latest issue of Loaded, and she came loaded for bear. (Har har, saw that coming a mile away, didn’t cha?)
