Christine Lakin is primarily a TV actress turned big-time movie star. Okay, so maybe the “big-time” part isn’t quite there just yet, the little lady still has a ways to go. The little lady hails from Dallas, Texas, which makes her either a former beauty queen or someone who always wanted to be a beauty queen, but got talked out of it when she had to audition for the cheerleading squad. I’m totally stereotyping Texans, of course, but if you can’t stereotype people for the sake of lame comedy, then maybe I don’t quite understand this First Amendment junk we Americans abide by come hell or high water. Christine’s walk toward movie stardom starts in 2007 with “Dark Mirror”, “The Game Plan”, and in 2008 she’s in the appropriately titled “The Hottie and the Nottie”. I’m guessing Christine will play the Hottie.
