Can someone tell me what the hell the usually great-dressing Kate Beckinsale is wearing here, arriving on the blue/green/whatever-floats-your-boat carpet of the 2006 MTV Movie Awards? Now I’m not fashion whiz (my wardrobe consisting of jeans and T-shirt and all), but doesn’t this thing belong in the “Dynasty”-era of TV? And what’s with the giant ass white belt, Kate? I’m so disillusioned right now…
