We’ve already seen how a 45-year old like Heather Locklear could look so good with a lot of exercise and a healthy diet, but how about a 26 year old? Just ask Kate Lawler, who was caught at the beach in a bikini doing some strange exercise session, which apparently includes cartwheels and suntanning topless. Have I mentioned how much I love 26-year old British woman? Because, you know, I do. Especially when she looks as toned as Kate Lawler.
