Here’s news that babe Kelly Hu and Hellboy himself, Ron Perlman, will be lending their voice talents to the upcoming 5-part animated series “Afro Samurai”, the lead title of which will be voiced by Samuel L. Jackson as a black (and afro’ed, of course) Samurai who pursues his father’s killer. Perman will be playing the object of Afro Samurai’s vengeance, while Hu will be playing a buddy. Originally slated to be a feature film, the movie has since been broken into a 5-part series and will be released directly to DVD come 2007. Should be fun times.

Anyways, here are some Kelly Hu. Too bad all you’ll get is her voice in the animation, although it’s lucky we’ll only have to hear Ron Perlman’s voice, because, damn, that boy is uuuuuuugly.
