Via trade mag Variety, it appears that Kiefer Sutherland won’t hop from the TV version of “24″ to the movie version just yet, as Kiefer will be joining “High Tension” writer/director Alexandre Aje for the horror movie “Mirrors”, about “an ex-cop who works security at a mall and discovers something awry in the mirrors of a department store. He tries to discover the origin of the evil.” It sounds a lot like the South Korean horror movie “Into the Mirror”, but I’m not sure, because Variety doesn’t say if this is a remake or not. It also appears that Sutherland won’t be doing the “24″ movie as planned until Summer 2008 because the script isn’t ready yet.
