Lucy Lawless vs. Vampire Bats — WHO YA GOT?

A few years ago (waaaaaaay back in 2005, you know, the Dark Ages of TV), Lucy Lawless did a made-for-TV movie called “Vampire Bats”. What was it about? (You know, in case you couldn’t figure it out by the title?) Says IMDB: “A voracious-insect specialist (Lucy Lawless), now a college professor in search of a simpler life, who gets caught up in the investigation of a student who is found dead with his body completely depleted of blood and realizes that the killers are actually vampire bats that have mutated due to a tainted water supply.” Yeah, it was that good. Lucy has since gone on to do more respectable TV work like “Battlestar Galactica”, but oh boy, vampire bats. Hooo-heee. HEre are some promo stills from that masterpiece.
