Well, she didn’t actually flashed them, but “The OC” babe was on her way somewhere, probably a night out, when a guy with a camera (damn you paparazzis!) caught her on Hollywood Boulevard in a see-through top that reveals — tada — nipples! Which makes you wonder where Mischa was going in that get-up, and why isn’t she coming over to my house?
