How long has it been since “NYPD Blue” went off the air? About the same time Charlotte Ross stopped being famous, I would imagine. I have no idea what she’s doing now, but oh boy, back in the day, Charlotte Ross swung a mean police badge. Unfortunately she had to play a romantic lead opposite Dennis Franz, and that’s never a good thing. Or a pretty thing. Fortunately there’s nothing wrong with Charlotte Ross. In fact, there are a lot of very right things with her. Here are some reasons to miss “NYPD Blue”.
