Miss Tennessee Rachel Smith continues that long, much-approved off tradition with her tone, sleek, and oh-dear-God-that’s-a-nice body. Not only is our new Miss USA gorgeous in every way, but she’s a graduate of Journalism school in Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
