How is it that Rachel Bilson is not more famous than fellow “The OC” co-star Mischa Barton? It must be Barton’s PR people, because despite being pretty, Barton really doesn’t seem to have the personality (or, in fact, the va-va-voom) of Rachel Bilson. I mean, look at Bilson in these pictures — you know she loves these stuff. And by stuff I of course mean enticing boys everywhere faster into manhood.
