Musician/singer/guitarist Ketevan “Katie” Melua, or just Katie Melua was born in the former Soviet Union satellite country of Georgia, before relocating to Northern Ireland, and then making the jump to England. Basically, the poor girl has moved more than O.J. Simpson running from his civil lawsuit damages. (Okay, that doesn’t really make sense, but just go with it.) Here are some reasons why you should keep an eye out for Katie Melua’s music. And yes, if looks could sell CDs, Katie Melua will probably sell a whole ton of CDs. Then again, maybe not.
