Virginie Efira is Belgian, but she works as an anchorwoman on French TV. And here I thought the French didn’t allow people who weren’t French or Muslim on their airwaves. Go figure! So why did Virginie Efira meet our standards for the Random Foreign Babe of the Day? Well for one she’s got a pretty incredible rack, that face is cute as hell, and the blond look goes with her like white on rice. And get this: she played Liz Wilson in the French-language version of “Garfield: The Movie”, and come on, when you star in “Garfield”, you’re okay in my book. (Being hot also helps.)
