The OC’s Rachel Bilson is pretty darn cute, so pictures of Rachel Bilson walking her dog has to be twice as cute, don’t you think? Now that Mischa Barton is gone from the OC, is there any doubt who is the new resident uber hottie? (Mind you, not that I watch the OC or anything like that. Ahem.)
