Who better to play a suave billionaire playboy who just happens to also be a destructive alcoholic than an actor known for being a suave movie star who just happens to be one f-up cokehead? That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, according to this, Paramount Pictures has announced that Robert Downey Jr. has been cast as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man in the motion picture of the same name. And you know what? I don’t think it’s bad casting at all. In fact, I think it’s pretty cool. “Iron Man” will be directed by Jon Favreau.
