All things being equal, it would be nice if the Mark Wahlberg action movie “Shooter” turned Kate Mara into a viable big movie heroine. Not only because it’s been a while since we’ve had a really sexy redhead to ogle, but since her guest starring turn in “24″, I’ve become a fan of any actress that can out-twitch the twitch factory, ala Mary Lynn Rajskub. So catch “Shooter” when it comes out, or at least trick your girlfriends into seeing it. Trust me, she deserves to be tricked. Think of all the crappy movies she’s dragged you to; now it’s your turn! (But don’t tell her it’s my idea…)
