This was from way back in her “Blue Crush” days, oh, 4 years ago. But lately ol Kate has gotten so thin that her face is literally hollowing out right before our eyes. And what is the deal with the big ass hair from the ’70s? She’s way too thin now to handle that kind of a load. No wonder Orlando bailed…
