Tara Spencer-Nairn is a Canadian actress who hails from, um, Canada. It’s actually not an altogether bad sequel, especially for a direct-to-video one, but there are moments about it that is just mind-boggling bad. Tara’s performance, though, was great, and she looks great doing it.
