If you’re like me, you were glued to the TV last night as the Golden Globes gave out their hardware — well, let me rephrase that. If you’re like me, then you were watching the second part of Fox’s second 2-hour block of “24″ while your girlfriend was in the next room watching the Golden Globes, periodically yelling to you with the names of winners. In which case, you weren’t really sure who won, who didn’t win, or who cried when they accepted their award on stage, having mistaken the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for a group of people whose opinions actually mattered, and that the Golden Globes wasn’t just riding the coattails of the Oscars in hopes of legitimacy.
