The kids aren’t the only ones hot on Fox’s “The OC”. The moms are pretty hotties themselves. Not only Kelly Rowan, but Melinda Clarke. You might not know Melinda, but I actually remember her from her time as “Mindy Clarke”, the star of such masterpieces as “Return to Two Moon Junction” (yum) and “Return of the Living Dead Part 3″.
