Okay, maybe not, but if you do the exercises she’s demonstrating here in Self Magazine, you’ll be, um, fit. Kinda. I guess. Look, not everyone can be Erica Durance, otherwise, well, Erica Durance wouldn’t be Erica Durance, if you know what I mean. But anyways, is there anything more special than watching a really attractive woman work out? I think not.
