Havok Joins the Army and Assorted Pics from the Set of X-Men: Days of Future Past

After taking a bit of a break from posting pics from the set of his “X-Men: Days of Future Past”, director Bryan Singer is back at it again (or whoever it is that’s running his Twitter handle). The latest round of images range from interesting to potential plot details to just behind-the-scenes stuff that could only interest the diehard fans out there.

The latest and greatest shows off Lucas Till (Havok himself) apparently having joined the army. I don’t think it was ever confirmed that Till would be reprising his role from “X-Men: First Class”, but this would seem to be pretty solid evidence Havok will be around for the sequel.

This, I assume, is Michael Fassbender incarcerated but not down:

Bryan Singer and his massive cast of mutants battle time travel, dystopian futures, and other assorted bad shenanigans next year on May 23rd, 2014. Who knows where that will lead our muties. Maybe into that “X-Force” movie we’ve been hearing about, perhaps?

Maybe his brother Cyclops will finally conceive his famous son and this’ll lead into that rumored X-Force film that Fox just registered as an online domain.

If I had to guess, wouldn’t be surprised if Havok is revealed to be Cyclops’ father. I don’t recall anything about Scott Summers’ home life in the first three movies (actually don’t recall anything about Scott’s past–he got SO shafted) and considering the rejiggering of comic book continuity in Fox’s universe plus the similarity of their powers, would make sense

        it’s possible….butfor love of Godzilla, I hope not…

That makes the most sense. I’m not against it but I think that they should have at least tried to keep things the right way in the movies. Oh well. Just glad Havok is returning he’s one of my favorite characters.
