I also love the soundtrack music and in keeping with all other elements of the film, it's really cheesy like something one guy recorded in his basement with an electronic keyboard but it still delivers several really nice compositions and a few great moments. This film presents a number of pretty compelling plot situations with tragic elements but then on the other hand, some kind of death must be occurring in all these battles but not only don't we appreciate it, it appears all the core characters don't notice it either, and that seems kind of wierd... Overall, I level a bunch of criticisms at this film... yet... it's one of my very favorite all time.
