You’ve probably already seen those set images of Jamie Foxx in full (or, well, mostly full) Electro form in Marc Webb’s “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”, and apparently the studio thinks it’s pretty pointless to keep that part of the movie hidden for much longer.
So here’s your first look at Jamie Foxx as Electro (via EW) in full uniform and complete with purple, er, face paint? I don’t know if that’s all CGI or what, but it sure looks wacky, and nothing like I recall the character looking from the comics.
I guess giving him a “lightning” mask would have been too much. Right? (Probably not as much as a guy in a Spider uniform, but whatever.)
And while we’re at it, the mag also put out covers for “Carrie” (featuring star Chloe Moretz soaked in blood — a little light on the blood there, guys), along with Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield from “Ender’s Game”. There’s also one for a British sci-fi show called “Orphan Black” that’s getting tons of press, but I’ve yet to see.
Check them all out below, check them outers.
