Ang Lee is such a fascinating director that I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that there is something magical about “Taking Woodstock”. The guy has never failed me before, and yes, I’m even one of the guys who thought his “Hulk” was fantastic, and I’ll continue to say that until the day I die. So, here are some new images from Lee’s “Taking Woodstock”, which from all appearances looks like a dramedy — parts comedy, parts growing up comedy, all Ang Lee.
