After rumored to be in talks to return as Wolverine in “X-Men: Days of Future Past”, it appears Hugh Jackman has now officially signed on the dotted line.
“X:DOFP” director Bryan Singer (replacing Matthew Vaughn on the series) announced the news himself on Twitter:

“X-Men: Days of Future Past”, the sequel to 2011′s “X-Men: First Class” finds the young X-Men team and their foe Magneto having to deal with a gloomy future where it’s not great to be a mutant.
James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicolas Hoult are all expected back. They will be joined by Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. And now, Hugh Jackman.
James Marsden and Halle Berry are also in talks to return as Cyclops and Storm, respectively.
