Though really, it’s not much of a movie-style trailer. I mean, sure, they cut it in that style, and it’s two and a half minutes long (like most movie trailers), but it still looks like TV. Because, well, it is TV. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, mind you, but it’s a little silly.
Anyways, you know what’s not silly? Jack Bauer is back, bitches!
Four years ago, Jack was a fugitive from justice. Now an exile, he nevertheless is willing to risk his life and freedom to avert yet another global disaster. Tracking Jack are CIA head Steve Harris; CIA agent Kate Morgan, who is both resourceful and ruthless; Jordan Reed, a smart and sophisticated CIA computer tech; and Erik Ritter, a sharp, strong and arrogant field operative. Calling the shots is James Heller, now President of the United States. Heller is flanked by his Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau, who is married to Heller’s daughter — Jack’s former flame, Audrey. Meanwhile, a hardened Chloe O’Brian, Bauer’s CTU confidante, is now working underground with high-profile hacker Adrian Cros.
Starring Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver, William Devane, Donovan Tate, Yvonne Strahovski, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Benjamin Bratt, Michelle Fairley, and Stephen Fry.
Jack saves London this May 5th.
