James Nguyen’s Birdemic 2: The Resurrection Gets a Shiny New Theatrical Trailer

Birdemic 2: The Resurrection (2013) Movie Image

Director James Nguyen’s “Birdemic 2: The Resurrection” is either the dumbest movie ever made or a calculated slice of comedy gold. I honestly can’t figure it out. Regardless, the “visionary” filmmaker’s follow-up appears to be “Birdemic” on steroids. Instead of one goofy couple, you get two. In addition to killer birds, you get zombies. And that’s fine by me. The more the merrier. Now bring on the Blu-ray, already! I’m impatient!

Check out this synopsis:

A flock of eagles and vultures wreak havoc amidst blossoming romance in Hollywood, California, leaving bloodshed and destruction wherever they hover. The story features original ‘Birdemic’ survivors Rod and Nathalie, who are joined by new friends – struggling filmmaker Bill, aspiring actress Gloria and several other Angelenos they encounter as they battle angry birds and a host of new enemies.

“Birdemic 2: The Resurrection” stars Whitney Moore, Alan Bagh, Patsy van Ettinger, and Rick Camp. To find out if the film is playing somewhere near you, be sure to swing by the official Facebook page. The theatrical trailer for the sequel is nestled in the space provided.

About Todd Rigney

View all Posts

Todd was raised on a steady diet of Hollywood blockbusters, late-night Cinemax programming, and USA’s “Up All Night,” which may explain why his taste in movies is more than a little questionable. When he isn’t providing news and reviews for Beyond Hollywood, he can be found lounging lazily on his couch, perched in front of his television, or dwelling in places where direct sunlight can be easily avoided. He's happily married, in his 30's, and totally badass. If you'd like to reach Todd, you can follow him on Twitter or send him email/scoops to todd (at) beyondhollywood.com.
